Before adding people to your account, you may want to inform them of your new Uber for Business account.
When you add people to your Uber for Business account through the dashboard, they receive an email inviting them to join the account. This email will come from uber@uber.com, with the subject line “Join the (Organization Name) Uber Account.”
The email will include a unique PIN code they can use in the Uber app to verify their eligibility with your business account. This unique PIN is generated each time the employee is invited or the email is re-opened.
Employees should join the account using the link sent to their email address. Invite links shouldn’t be shared or forwarded.

Employees may be able to request to join the organization without an email invite if their work email domain matches the organization’s trusted domains. This feature can be disabled by the organization.
