The way employees and customers bill rides or meals to the company account depends on the program used:
Employees added to a travel program will use the Uber app to request rides using the company profile and bill rides to the company account.
Employees added to a meal program will use the Uber Eats app to request orders using the company profile and bill meals to the company account.
Uber Health and Central riders will receive trip details or request instructions via text message or automated phone call. They won’t need to download the Uber app.
Voucher customers will accept the voucher via email and request rides from the Uber app or meals from the Uber Eats app.
