How to see who joined the company account

In the People section of the dashboard, the status indicates whether they have accepted the invite to join your company account:

• Active: Active and linked to your organization’s account
• Invited: Hasn’t accepted the invitation yet

If you see an error in the status column, please reach out to support via the Get Help button on the bottom left of your screen.

Invite links are unique to the individual user and shouldn’t be shared or forwarded.

To filter employees by status:

1. Sign in to business.uber.com.
2. Select “People” on the left and then the dropdown to the left of the search bar.
3. Select the status you want to view:
   • All: All employees you’ve invited to the account
   • Active: All employees who have accepted the invite
   • Pending: All employees who haven’t accepted the invite
   • Admin: All employees who have admin access
