User-Submitted Photos FAQ

Why is Uber Eats launching User-Submitted Photos?

Photos of menu items and dishes significantly influence customers’ ordering decisions.

This feature lets users submit high-quality images of your dishes to feature on your Uber Eats store page, which can elevate your menu’s presentation and increase customer interest and sales.

What is the review process for photos?

User-submitted photos will be reviewed internally, subject to similar existing photo quality guidelines for merchant photos here and our User Generated Content Terms.

Who can submit photos?

  • Go to Menu Maket and either:
    1. Replace the user-submitted photo with your own photo.
