Report a problem in the Uber map

We’re always looking for ways to improve the accuracy of our maps. If you’ve identified a map error, please report it using the steps below.

Reporting a map issue

1. Go to the map problem reporting tool
2. Select the issue type
3. Use the pin to mark the location of the issue
4. Select Confirm location
5. Add notes to help us understand the issue
6. Attach photos (optional but highly recommended)
7. Choose Submit

Checking the status of your ticket

After receiving your report, our team will review the ticket and update our maps according to our findings. Our Support team won’t be able to provide status updates on reported issues.

To check the status of your ticket:

1. Go to the map problem reporting tool
2. Select View your contributions
