Can I place an order at a venue?

When you’re at select stadiums, airports, or music venues you can place pickup orders from merchants within your location. To see if pickup is available, open your app and check whether your venue is present on the homepage.

Can I order from outside the venue?

No. Once you’re inside the venue, the app will only populate merchants available for pickup within your location.

How will I know where I can order from?

Before you order, we will ask for additional location information, such as your section or gate, and use this to help you find merchants closest to you. We will send you a notification when your food is ready for pickup and you can head to the location you ordered from to grab your order.
