User-Submitted Photo Guidelines

Follow these tips to create and submit high-quality photos.

Menu Photography dos

  • Use natural light for the best color and clarity.
  • Shoot dishes from a top-down or 45-degree angle to showcase ingredients clearly.
  • Cut burgers, sandwiches, or wraps in half to highlight the inside layers.
  • Take the photo as soon as the food arrives to capture it at its best quality. Unbox and plate it for an even better shot!
  • Make sure the photo accurately represents the food you received in your delivery order.

Menu Photography don’ts

  • Don’t get too close – make sure the ingredients and portion sizes are easy to see.
  • Avoid harsh fluorescent lighting – use natural or indirect light whenever possible.
  • Don’t submit AI-generated or heavily edited images — only authentic photos will be considered.
